Our Team Lead, Kathy Hamilton has been a Realtor for over 18 years, she has worked both sides of the Bay and knows our market from being a Tampa Bay resident for over four decades.  Her 30 plus years of sales and marketing experience encompassses the Mortgage side of the business as well.  Kathy has worked with hundreds of people to help them obtain home Mortgages, FHA and refinancing, including working as the Vise President and State Director of a local FHA lender.  She also holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Marketing.
